Nyman Associates seeks compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Clinical Fellows (CF), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) for school-based roles. We offer guidance, mentorship, and a supportive environment to help students develop communication and academic success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with an M.A. or M.S. in Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA.
• ASHA CCCs or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship.
• State SLP license or in the process of applying for a license.
• Teaching certificate (if applicable) or ability to obtain.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLPA).

Responsibilities

• For SLP/CF: conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy and develop IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and collaborate with teachers and families.
• For SLPA: provide services under supervision of a licensed SLP and implement treatment plans.
• Support with maintaining documentation and therapy materials.
