You will evaluate speech and language needs, design evidence-based therapy plans, collaborate with educators and families, track progress, and take a leading role in IEP meetings to tailor accommodations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Valid State License in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP preferred; CFYs welcome).
• Experience in pediatric or school settings is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate & Assess: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs.
• Targeted Intervention: Design and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to diverse learners.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with educators, specialists, and parents to integrate communication goals into the classroom.
