Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current WA state SLP licensure or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP or CF candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support each child’s education.
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance students’ communication skills.
• Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs, fostering inclusive learning.
