Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills.

• Active Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Interpret assessment data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop and support implementation of behavior intervention and support plans.
• Serve as a consultative resource for teachers and families to strengthen student outcomes.
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide individual and small-group counseling for students experiencing social-emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and classroom observations to assess academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Promote resilience, wellness, and positive coping strategies, including communication skills, problem-solving, self-regulation, anger management, and self-determination.
