Zūm Services, Inc. is hiring school bus drivers to transport students safely in Illinois, with a modern technology platform supporting daily routes and real-time updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements; state requirements and 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle.
• For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 5 years of driving experience in a passenger vehicle.
• Willingness to obtain CDL (training provided).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues.
• Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality.
• Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers’ safety.
