Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role serving elementary and middle school students in the Puyallup, WA area for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The position involves evaluating and delivering direct therapeutic services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists to enhance communication skills and academic success.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington.
• SLP-CCC or in CFY.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of current therapy methodologies and best practices for K-8 populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite speech-language therapy services to a caseload of elementary and middle school students.
• Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student learning opportunities.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student assessments.
• Adapt services as needed to support student growth throughout the year.
