Job summary

Sanford Health in Iron Mountain, MI is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver professional nursing services in home health settings. The RN will utilize the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and coordinate patient care across assessment, education, triage, and follow-up.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and BLS. OASIS/COS-C certification is a plus. Salary ranges listed between $50.75 and $75.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in state of practice; multistate licensure may be required in NLC states.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required. COS-C preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services to patients/residents at home using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessment and education, triage and other nursing interventions.
