Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to support post-acute care patients. You will provide comprehensive respiratory care, supervise breathing treatments, and participate in patient assessments to guide recovery and independence.

We require a current Respiratory Therapy license and CPR certification; ACLS is preferred. Two years hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapy license required.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory care including medical gas, breathing therapies, and medication administration.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, perform patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Document and monitor patient progress and respond to concerns to drive safe, effective outcomes.
