Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care, including medical gas and breathing therapies, while supervising treatments and developing personalized plans. You will assess patients and collaborate with the care team to support recovery in a compassionate environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current state Respiratory Therapy license, CPR certification, and have hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification is required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in respiratory therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for patients requiring medical gas and breathing treatments.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, addressing physical, mental and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the rehabilitation journey.
