Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver and coordinate nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, using the nursing process to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will educate patients and families, develop and adjust care plans, and administer medications safely while collaborating with clinicians to uphold MLH standards. A Tennessee RN license and BLS are required, with 0–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to determine interventions and care plans.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized patient care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications safely following best practices.
