Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with autism through one-on-one ABA services. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, record session data, and help families achieve goals in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification must be obtained before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and communicate with families.
