Job summary

House of Hearts ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. RBT certification or active pursuit of certification is required. Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time schedules and ASAP start available, with opportunities for growth.

You will work with a supportive BCBA team, tracking progress, following treatment plans, and partnering with families to help children thrive in a heart-centered, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Love for working with children.
• Positive, team-first attitude.
• Reliable transportation and dependable scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA clinicians.
• Track progress using our training systems and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child development.
• Bring energy, compassion, and a caring approach to every session.
