Job summary

The Treetop seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and clinic ABA therapy in Wilmington, NC, under BCBA supervision. You will foster communication, social and daily living skills in familiar settings, supporting families and children across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
