Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. The role includes in-home and community-based sessions, data collection, and collaborative reporting with the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA interventions.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for timely progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.
