Job summary

Apple ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help implement treatment plans and support client progress with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include collecting data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe, positive environment during sessions, while adapting to flexible scheduling and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy or child experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
