AutismServices in Indiana is seeking part-time RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings under a BCBA-designed plan. You will collect data, monitor progress, and engage families to support skill development.

The role offers flexible hours, competitive hourly pay starting at $23, with benefits including health insurance, PTO, and supervision from experienced BCBA mentors.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Reliable transportation to in-home, school, or community settings.
• Strong communication skills with families and collaborators.
• Genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to support clients.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care.
• Partner with families to create meaningful change.
• Create fun, structured, and engaging sessions.
