B Above Services in Wabash, IN is hiring part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through ABA therapy. Join a team dedicated to growth and meaningful outcomes.

As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or community settings, implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• A genuine passion for helping individuals with autism thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Collaborate clinical team members.
