Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA services in clients’ homes and in the Cedar Lake area. You’ll support learners with compassionate, evidence-based ABA in day-to-day activities, supervised by BCBAs, with flexible scheduling and community-based opportunities.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, plus competitive pay between $20-25 per hour with biweekly pay, and full or partial benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB.
• Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana.
• Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with learners.
• Passion for doing ABA with empathy in every interaction with learners and caregivers.
