Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Lodi. Roles are part-time with flexible schedules and immediate pay options after clocking in and out.

You will join a supportive clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and record data using electronic devices while helping families achieve goals for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
