Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, following treatment plans created by a BCBA, and collect progress data.

Collaborate with families and staff to promote client success while maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment. Flexible schedules and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
