Concentra in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Radiologic Technologist & Medical Support Specialist to perform routine x-ray examinations under supervision, delivering compassionate patient care and ensuring high-quality imaging and safety.

This role also supports Medical Assistant duties, DOT/Non-DOT testing, patient flow, front office tasks, and HIPAA compliance; teamwork and accurate documentation are essential for a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Education Level: High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology and applicable certification.
• Registered with ARRT and active certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and assist with positioning.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Apply radiation safety measures for patients and staff.
• Maintain radiology equipment and document QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure radiology workflow and EMR cross‑checks are accurate.
• Perform DOT and Non‑DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
• Deliver quality patient care and support center operations.
