Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a radiology professional to perform a variety of radiographic procedures applying ionizing radiation at the Patewood Outpatient Center. You will support ERCPs, fluoroscopic exams, OR procedures and critical care imaging while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You will ensure proper documentation in PACS/EPIC, coordinate with staff for smooth patient flow, and participate in patient satisfaction initiatives within a dynamic department.

Qualifications

• Education - Certification Program Completion of accredited Radiology program
• Experience - No Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures applying ionizing radiation.
• Assists in ERCPs, video fluoroscopies, all OR procedures, Lumbar punctures, bronchoscopies, enterocolitis, sialograms, rhizotomy, facet blocks, endoscopy-tube placements or injections, t-tube cholangiogram, major trauma/trauma bay, neonatal ICU, pacing lab. Performs all critical care procedures and moments.
• Promotes patient care and safety within the department of responsibility and ensures smooth patient flow and proper use of equipment and materials.
• Quality check images before sending to radiologist to include markers and all pertinent information for dictation; documents in PACS/EPIC as needed.
• Achieve Patient Satisfaction for Prisma Health and adhere to behavior essentials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
