Job summary

EPIC Health Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our behavioral health team in the Danville, Martinsville, and surrounding communities. You will provide MHSB and/or IIH services in community settings, supporting clients toward greater stability and independence.

Travel throughout the area and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are essential. A Bachelor's in a Human Services field and QMHP licensure are required, along with a valid

Qualifications

• QMHP registered with the VA Board of Counseling.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Human Services field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling).
• At least 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload of MHSB and/or IIH clients.
• Provide community-based behavioral health services per service plans and goals.
• Meet authorized service expectations and ensure continuity of care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and within timelines.
• Participate in supervision, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
