Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electronics or related field preferred; high school diploma acceptable with certifications is also noted in the listing.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar quality control, inspection, or electronics testing role.
• Experience in electronic parts and product inspection and testing using software or hardware.
• Experience with basic rework/repair of electronic units preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required; ERP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• QC Inspection: Inspect incoming and in-process parts, components, accessories, and assembled products using checklists and SOPs; produce inspection reports.
• Testing: Conduct functional, electrical, RF, mechanical, and visual tests; perform firmware/software updates and troubleshoot failures with data.
• Rework: Perform rework and repair on non-conforming units per instructions and ECN.
• RMA Inspection: Receive, log, inspect, and disposition RMA units; maintain RMA data and coordinate with QA team.
• Warehouse Management: Handle ERP transactions for receiving, picking, put-away, transfers, and inventory control.
• Documentation: Follow SOPs and update work instructions; ensure thorough documentation for all work performed.
• Other duties as assigned.
