Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week LTC assignment in Oklahoma. Day shifts, 8-hour blocks, with 1 year of PT experience in LTC or rehab preferred.

The role involves screening, evaluating, and treating patients, developing care plans, and documenting progress. Oklahoma state license required; new grads with Level II experience eligible. Collaboration with the health care team is expected and supervision of assistants may be involved.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience in LTC or rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Develop an appropriate plan of care following standards and regulations.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and ambulation.
• Document progress and outcomes in the clinical record per policy.
• Supervise PT assistants or rehab aides as needed and coordinate with caregivers.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings and ensure compliance with ethics.
