Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments alongside therapists, and ensure tasks comply with state practice act requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous rehab aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document all projects clearly and manage tasks.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient-focused, energetic, and collaborative team player.
• Compassion toward patients and ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of typical office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with treatments.
• Supports patients with exercises and activities under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans treatment area and equipment after sessions.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Monitors and tracks non-medical and medical supplies and may help order inventory.
