Qualifications

• Industrial statistics experience is required.
• CMC experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with statistical software (JMP, SAS, R).
• Courses: Experimental Design, Regression, Six Sigma, SPC and Sampling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in drug development or manufacturing.
• Ability to engage in and facilitate decision-making.
• Ability to balance multiple activities and manage ambiguity.
• Demonstrated teamwork/interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and results orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing to provide statistical expertise, study design, and analysis for process improvements.
• Establish control strategies for manufacturing processes and analytical assays; evaluate capabilities.
• Communicate statistical concepts in meetings, presentations and internal reports.
• Develop understanding of processes and systems for active ingredient and final drug product.
• Serve as statistical lead on multi-functional teams providing guidance.
• Engage with customers/peers/management to drive data-driven decisions.
