Qualifications

• Licensed as an SLP by the state in which they provide services.
• Must maintain a license in good standing with the state board.
• Must have completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum if not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within 24 hours of physician referral.
• Develop effective treatment plans and supervise assistants.
• Participate in patient care conferences and in-services training.
