Job summary

Clinical Athlete is seeking a PRN Primary Care Nurse Practitioner based in Roosevelt, Utah. In this role, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop effective patient care plans.

This position requires a graduate of an accredited nursing school with at least one year of clinical experience. Qualifications

• Minimum one-year clinical experience as a CRNP within the last 4 years.
• Certification by applicable professional organization.
• Must comply with all requirements for a valid, unrestricted license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and treats veterans under supervision.
• Develops patient management plans.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current Basic Life Support certification
