Job summary

Primary Care Partners, LLC's Nurse Practitioner role in Kinnelon, New Jersey joins Kinnelon Medical and Pediatric Associates, full-time in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with an experienced physician and support staff.

The NP will deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, emphasize health promotion and disease prevention, manage chronic conditions, conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with the care team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure and certification (NP or PA) in the state of New Jersey.
• 1 year of experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screenings and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, including ear irrigation.
