Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Loveland, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under Physical Therapists to improve mobility and daily living skills for patients.

You will help individuals using physical modalities and support rehabilitation goals, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and pay of $30.00-$34.00 per hour. Generous benefits include PTO, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision coverage, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.
