Job summary

Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations of mobility components and goal-oriented treatment to maximize a patient’s independence. The role supports a busy hospital setting with a strong focus on quality care and patient outcomes.

The candidate must hold a Nevada State Licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist and have current BLS certification; graduate licensure is acceptable with supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
• Nevada State Licensure as Registered Physical Therapist. May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognition of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with onsite direct supervision. (Must be in the process of licensure and practicing under a student license) Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.
