The role requires a DPT from an accredited program, Oregon state license, CPR certification, and strong assessment skills. Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft Office is expected; leadership and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited institution.
• Oregon State Physical Therapy license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• APTA certification preferred.
• Proven clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform detailed physical therapy assessments and document patient progress.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and rehabilitation programs.
• Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Develop and adjust therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needs.
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
