Job summary

Excelin Health Services in Pflugerville, TX, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our full‑time therapy team near Round Rock. You will assess mobility, prescribe exercises, educate patients and families, and coordinate with care teams to ensure quality home health services.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice as a PT in the state.
• Two years of relevant PT experience preferred, community/home health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services per physician’s plan of care and total plan of care.
• Assess mobility, strength, ROM, gait, and functional status to guide rehab.
• Instruct patients and families in use and care of therapeutic devices.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team; document progress and communicate changes.
