Job summary

Montage Health is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to provide high-quality PT services to patients of all ages. Under the direction of the department director, you will examine, evaluate, diagnose, and treat disabilities and functional limitations, and contribute to prevention and wellness.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, California license, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Masters or Doctorate degree preferred.
• California PT license required.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
• Full-time; 10-hour days, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Educate and supervise physical therapy staff.
• Perform examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and interventions.
• Promote prevention and wellness services.
