Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises physical therapy assistants and aids in performing treatment.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Establishes a plan of care appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient.
• Plans and carries out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical functioning.
• Administers treatment using physical agents and equipment.
