Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient progress and deliver compassionate rehabilitation services. You will work under supervision to provide high-quality therapy in a hospital setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.

Ideal candidates will have state licensure or certification, CPR certification (preferred), and completion of an accredited PTA program.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification required.
• CPR certification preferred (as per hospital policy).
• Completion of an accredited physical therapy program preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in physical therapy treatment.
• Strong communication skills for patient, family, and caregiver interactions.
