Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., wear PPE including respirator as needed.
• Steady, customer-focused work with safety-conscious actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses.
• Explain findings and recommend services to help customers feel secure.
• Follow all safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Log findings and service reports using handheld devices.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly.
