Job summary

10 Fitness is seeking Personal Trainers in Little Rock to deliver standout member experiences through one-on-one and group sessions. You will assess clients, create tailored programming, and motivate members to meet their fitness goals in a clean, welcoming environment.

Requirements include a 10 Fitness approved PT certification, MX4-Level 10, and a high school diploma or GED; a college degree in kinesiology or related field is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 Fitness approved personal training certification required
• Course work in physical education, nutrition, physiology, and exercise science is preferred
• Certified in MX4-Level 10
• High School Diploma or GED required
• College degree in Kinesiology, or related field is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proper and safe use of strength training and cardiovascular equipment
• Perform 30-minute training assessments for new members
• Create individual programming for clients unable to participate in Level 10
• Generate client progress reports with measurements and fitness testing every 4–6 weeks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional gym environment
