Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to design a basic program that includes cardiovascular and resistance protocols for a 6–10 week time frame.
• A current certification that is nationally recognized in the “Personal Trainer” or “Fitness Trainer” or “Nutrition” category.
• CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Build training programs with regards to exercise and nutrition.
• Create individualized programming for clients using platforms like Trainerize.
• Lead small group training (4–12 people) when needed.
• Collaborate with the club team to help members reach healthier lifestyles.
