Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 70–80% and work on-site across client sites.
• Strong problem-solving and analytics to drive client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coach client analysts and line managers, basing improvements on real-world data.
• Provide rigor and accuracy to improvement efforts and validate benefits.
• Support idea owners with technical and analytical input to ensure success.
• Identify under- or over-performing ideas and justify benefit streams.
• Help build a culture of continuous improvement within the client organization.
