Job summary

Penfield Children's Center in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support early childhood development. You will deliver center-based and community-based therapy, collaborating with families to foster communication and social-emotional growth in young children.

The role requires WI licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP, a valid WI driver's license, and pediatric intervention experience. A full benefits package accompanies this full-time position at Penfield.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the state of WI as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle during working hours.
• Foundational experience in pediatric speech and language assessment/intervention.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, and communication delays using developmentally appropriate assessment tools.
• Provide individualized therapy in center-based and community settings to support communication and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with families to develop functional communication goals and strategies.
• Maintain documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and within timelines.
• Maintain licensure, certification, and continuing education.
