Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active PA SLP license required.
• Minimum 6 months pediatric experience in home, clinic, or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in home and community settings.
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and written home programs.
• Conduct speech, language, feeding, articulation, and social communication evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional communication and participation in daily routines.
• Address expressive, receptive, pragmatic, and feeding needs with developmentally appropriate strategies.
• Provide ongoing caregiver education and coaching.
