Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active Ohio licensure required; independent license preferred.
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health with trauma-informed approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete charting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses client problems, history, symptoms, mental status, and diagnosis.
• Develops specific, realistic, and measurable treatment goals and initial interventions.
• Coordinates client care with other providers and community resources.
• Completes clinical charting and related paperwork per policy.
• Keeps current knowledge of pediatric psychopharmacology and collaborates with the team.
