Job summary

Parkview Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Intensivist for Parkview Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The team currently comprises two physicians and an Advanced Practice Provider, with in-house coverage from 7 am to 7 pm and phone coverage from 7 pm to 7 am (half rotation).

Responsibilities include managing the PICU, performing moderate sedation, and responding to ER needs in a high-acuity pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in pediatric critical care.
• Experience in pediatric intensive care and urgent/acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house coverage from 7 am to 7 pm; phone coverage from 7 pm to 7 am (1/2 rotation).
• Oversee PICU care, moderate sedation, and emergency room response.
