Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of criminal cases, from pre-trial motions and hearings to trial and post-conviction matters.
• Develop defense strategies, prepare motions and briefs, and advance clients' cases effectively.
• Negotiate plea deals with the prosecution to protect clients' interests.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and motions, delivering persuasive arguments.
