Bambini Montessori Academy is urgently hiring part-time Infant & Toddler Teachers to join our engaging team in a nurturing, educational setting for ages 6 weeks to 5 years. The role emphasizes loving care, developmentally appropriate activities, and family communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 45-hour Child Growth & Development certification.
• 45-hour Infant/Toddler certification.
• At least one year of experience in a licensed childcare center OR 30 college credits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Loving Care: Create a safe, clean, nurturing, and welcoming environment where infants and toddlers feel secure and supported.
• Support Early Development: Encourage age-appropriate learning, exploration, and developmental milestones through engaging activities and play.
• Build Meaningful Connections: Develop positive relationships with children and communicate effectively with families and fellow teachers.
• Maintain Classroom Safety: Supervise children attentively and follow established health, safety, and childcare procedures.
• Encourage Independence: Help children develop early social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside fellow educators to maintain a positive classroom environment and provide quality childcare.
• Make Every Day Count: Bring patience, enthusiasm, and compassion to everyday routines and learning opportunities.
