Job summary

MultiMedical Systems seeks a detail-oriented Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our team on a part-time basis in Indianapolis, IN. The successful candidate will maintain, repair, and calibrate biomedical equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing malfunctions, ordering parts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and training healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in biomedical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of biomedical equipment maintenance and repair in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background and drug screen (no exceptions).
• Will travel and work flexible hours as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
