Job summary
Chichester School District is seeking a Part-Time Athletic Trainer to join the Chichester Middle School team in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing SAFE athletic healthcare services for students in our athletics program and supporting injury prevention, evaluation, and treatment during practices and contests.
The ideal candidate will hold a PA Athletic Trainer license, BOC certification, and CPR/AED certification, plus a CAATE-accredited degree.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Athletic Trainer License issued by the PA State Board of Medicine (Required)
- Current BOC Certification in good standing
- Bachelor degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training Program
- Knowledge of PIAA regulations
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and emergency care services.
- Attend assigned practices and athletic contests.
- Manage concussion protocols and return-to-play procedures.
- Maintain medical documentation and communication with parents, coaches, physicians, and administration.
