Precision HR is seeking Substitute/Day-to-Day Paraprofessionals to support students across all grade levels in Fergus Falls, MN. This role offers a $22/hour pay rate with weekly pay and a predictable M-F daytime schedule.

You'll collaborate with teachers to implement IEP goals, create a welcoming classroom, and help students stay engaged. Previous experience with special needs is valued, and solid communication with staff is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college (60 credits) or an Associate's degree.
• Passing ParaPro Assessment score.
• Experience working with children with special needs.

Responsabilités

• Help students meet academic & behavioral goals (including IEPs).
• Partner with teachers to bring lessons to life.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all learners.
